Our handheld LiDAR units let an operator simply walk through the space, capturing a dense 3D scan in real time with almost no setup between rooms. For an active office or factory, that means no disruption to the people working inside it. For a vacant or under-renovation building, it means finishing in hours what a total station survey would take days to complete, with far less risk of missing a detail that only shows up later on site.
Every scan is stored digitally, so if a dimension is needed after the crew has left, it can be pulled from the point cloud rather than requiring a second site visit. We then develop 2D drawings, 3D models or full CAD files from the same dataset, depending on what the project needs.
